Each plan includes a number of shipments per billing period: per month on monthly billing, per year on yearly billing. The allowance resets when your period renews, and unused shipments don’t carry over.

New shipments are paused until your allowance resets at renewal. You can upgrade at any time, or contact us for extra shipments. Extra shipments we add to your account carry over until they’re used.

Yes. Plan changes apply immediately and are prorated for the rest of your billing period. You can move from monthly to yearly billing at any time; switching from yearly back to monthly isn’t available during a yearly term.

Cancel anytime from Billing. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period, and you can resume it before then.

Organization admins can subscribe, change or cancel the plan and view invoices. Everyone else in the organization can see the current plan and usage.
